Our standard range of mobile homes – or static caravans, or holiday homes – are between 10 and 14 feet wide and they make the most of every single inch of that space.
But if you need more, Willerby holiday lodges are nearly double the width at 20ft, to give you all the space you need. And of course they’re built to the same high quality, and use that space just as well as any of our mobile homes.

Choose your mobile home
It’s best to know exactly which mobile home you want before you start searching parks. Different models fit on different pitches, so it’ll help you narrow your search down.
Pick a park
They say location is the most important thing, and who are we to argue? Picking the perfect place can take time – it needs to be somewhere you love, and the park needs to have the right vibe too. Why not use it as an excuse to have a few holidays?
Buy your mobile home
When you’re settled on a park, you can order your Willerby through them. Then they’ll get it all sited and ready for you. Make sure to spend some time making sure you get the right optional extras.
What else do I need to know?
Who owns the mobile home?
When you buy a mobile home, it’s yours forever. But, if it’s on a holiday park the land is usually leased from the park. You’ll need to pay a pitch or site fee to keep it there.
How do I choose a park?
Try some! Everyone wants something different from their mobile home lifestyle and that’s the beauty of it – there’s loads of choice.
It’s worth thinking about where you want to be and what you like doing. Are you a beach person? Do you prefer mountains, or countryside, or forest?
It’s also a good idea to consider how far it is from home. Too close and it might not feel like a holiday. Too far and you might not bother to visit.
Can I live in my mobile home?
If your mobile home is on a holiday park, you can’t live in it all year round. You’ll need a full time address as well. If it’s on a residential park then you can live there. Homes on residential parks are usually called lodges, and are specifically designed and built for full-time living.
Do I need planning permission for a mobile home?
If your mobile home is on a park – residential or holiday – then you don’t need planning permission. That’s covered by the park.
