The Willerby warranty is rightfully famous for being bulletproof. Everything in your holiday home is covered for a year, with some parts for three years. Some structural parts are covered under warranty for a huge five years. So it’s always worth checking our warranty page to see if you’re covered before going any further.
And Willerby holiday homes last much longer than their warranties. But even then, things do wear out eventually. Or, maybe you’re just ready for a change. That’s where our brand new spares and repairs service comes in.
If you need spare parts for your Willerby, just chat to your park or dealership representative. They’ll talk to us and source what you need, with no faff on your part.
We supply parts for most models of Willerby holiday homes. If we don’t have an original spare part, we work with your park to find something just as good.
If you want, you can hire one of our expert engineers to come and fit your spare parts. If you do this, you’ll get a year’s warranty on the new part – and it won’t affect your existing warranty, either.
Usually, it’ll take us between six and eight weeks to get your spare parts. That’s from the date our quote is accepted by your park or dealership. We’ll do our best to get things sorted faster, and if we have the parts in stock often we will – but until we know what’s needed, it’s impossible to guarantee.
Unfortunately, you can’t order parts direct from Willerby. We’re just not set up for it. So, you’ll need to have a chat to your park or distributor. They’ll have access to a Willerby aftersales portal, where they can put in a request for a quote on your behalf, then get it ordered when you’re happy.
When you speak to them, make sure you give them as much information as possible, so we know what’s needed. This included things like your serial number, photographs of the part that needs replacing and anything else that might be relevant.
The older your holiday home is, the harder it is for us to source the spare parts needed to repair it. But that doesn’t mean it’s not repairable. So, there’s no age-based cutoff for spare parts. If you own an older Willerby, put in a request through your park or distributor as usual, and we’ll do our best. If the exact spare part you need isn’t available, we’ll work with you to find a solution that works for you.
