Willerby Holiday Lodges
capturing the heart, as well as the imagination

With sophisticated, sumptuous interiors blending harmoniously with striking, distinctive exteriors, these lodges have been designed to stand out from the crowd.

Peace of mind

Are you considering buying a property on a holiday park? If so, you might prefer the space, class, and relaxation offered by our holiday lodges.

What is a holiday lodge?

We build each Willerby lodge in our factory as two separate chassis, before transporting it to the park and assembling.

This creates a single, seamless unit far more extensive than a typical holiday home. And it isn’t just the size of the lodge that’s impressive; we build them with a choice of distinctive exterior cladding. Inside you’ll find designs that make full use of all that extra space.

Expect open-plan lounges, bedrooms with walk-in wardrobes, en-suite bathrooms, and kitchens with the latest integrated appliances. You’ll be the envy of all the neighbours with a Willerby holiday lodge!

Why choose Willerby?

A holiday lodge is a new concept for many people who aren’t familiar with park living. But at Willerby, we’ve been building lodges for more than 70 years.

Today, we offer lodges in three sizes, 36 feet x 20, 40 x 20, and 40 x 16, with a choice of four models: PortlandPinehurstMapleton and Clearwater. Prices start at £70,288.

Each Willerby lodge comes fully furnished; we’ll even include lighting and pictures on the walls if you wish.

How holiday parks work

Most Willerby holiday lodges are permanently placed and purchased at a park. Holiday parks are non-residential, meaning that you can’t live there for the full year.

But some holiday lodges are situated in residential parks, where you can live all year round. Residential park homes are built to a higher specification (known as resi-spec in the trade), including even greater thermal and acoustic insulation standards.

There’s also the option of a Willerby Bespoke Lodge. Allow us to create a luxury holiday lodge designed and built just the way you want it, including resi-spec features like CanExel cladding if desired. Choose the bespoke Acorn and you have greater freedom to add an extra utility room, study, office, or bedroom.

The Willerby difference

It’s the design flair, high specification, and standard of finish that sets our lodges apart. Walk around one when you visit your chosen park or a Willerby showground, and dazzle at the details. You’ll find with many features given as standard that other companies offer as extras.

Interior design flair: the Willerby team individually designs all our holiday lodge interiors with fitted kitchens, gorgeous textiles, beautiful bathrooms, and the colour scheme of your choice.

How to choose and buy your holiday lodge

There’s only one way to buy your Willerby holiday lodge, and that’s through a park or dealer. So, the best way to start is by choosing where you want to spend your relaxing breaks and leisurely weekends.

They’ll also let you look around the park at your leisure and explore the options.

Designer flair

All our holiday lodges are individually designed by the talented Willerby in-house team, incorporating interior and exterior design features which distinguish each lodge with a unique character, but still retaining the unmistakable Willerby style.

It’s all in the detail

Our energy efficient double glazing is designed to ensure minimal heat loss and is standard on all our 2018 homes.

We offer a wide variety of cladding finishes and window frame colours for you to choose from.

Our schemes are the most comprehensive in the industry and offer you unrivalled cover, and most of all, peace of mind.

Deluxe Pack

All models can be specified with an optional Deluxe Pack (distinct to each model) to enhance your lodge with those little extras such as integrated appliances or a Bluetooth music system.

Bedding packs

Our beautiful bed linen is available to order in three colours, perfectly co-ordinated to complement your new home.

Our chassis have been highly engineered to cater for the rigours of transportation, prolonged usage and withstanding extreme weather.

All family shower rooms include a bath as standard for a relaxing soak at the end of the day.

USB ports

We know being connected is important to you so we have put a USB port in many of our holiday homes, situated in useful locations with your safety in mind. If your home doesn’t have one as standard you can always have one fitted.

Eco pack

We have a green conscience so have developed the Eco Pack to help reduce water and energy consumption. Our thermostatically controlled valve saves energy during firing; we’ve reduced cistern flushes and can put in multi-position taps, aerated shower and tap fittings.

Quality craftsmanship

Not everyone knows that Willerby manufactures a lot of its own furniture. With skills crafted over 70 years, it’s a fascinating place to watch master craftsmen at work.
