What is a holiday lodge?
We build each Willerby lodge in our factory as two separate chassis, before transporting it to the park and assembling.
This creates a single, seamless unit far more extensive than a typical holiday home. And it isn’t just the size of the lodge that’s impressive; we build them with a choice of distinctive exterior cladding. Inside you’ll find designs that make full use of all that extra space.
Expect open-plan lounges, bedrooms with walk-in wardrobes, en-suite bathrooms, and kitchens with the latest integrated appliances. You’ll be the envy of all the neighbours with a Willerby holiday lodge!

A holiday lodge is a new concept for many people who aren’t familiar with park living. But at Willerby, we’ve been building lodges for more than 70 years.
Each Willerby lodge comes fully furnished; we’ll even include lighting and pictures on the walls if you wish.
How holiday parks work
Most Willerby holiday lodges are permanently placed and purchased at a park. Holiday parks are non-residential, meaning that you can’t live there for the full year.
But some holiday lodges are situated in residential parks, where you can live all year round. Residential park homes are built to a higher specification (known as resi-spec in the trade), including even greater thermal and acoustic insulation standards.
There’s also the option of a Willerby Bespoke Lodge. Allow us to create a luxury holiday lodge designed and built just the way you want it, including resi-spec features like CanExel cladding if desired. Choose the bespoke Acorn and you have greater freedom to add an extra utility room, study, office, or bedroom.

Thermal and energy efficiency: we want to keep you snug and your bills low. So, we work hard to ensure our energy and thermal efficiency ratings are the best in the industry.
Eco Pack: we have developed the Eco Pack to help reduce water and energy consumption. We’ve also reduced cistern flushes and can install multi-position taps, aerated showers, and more if you wish.

How to choose and buy your holiday lodge
There’s only one way to buy your Willerby holiday lodge, and that’s through a park or dealer. So, the best way to start is by choosing where you want to spend your relaxing breaks and leisurely weekends.

Once you’ve settled on a region, you can use our Find a Park tool to locate your perfect site. There’s something for everyone, whether your priority is peace or leisure.
We’ve chosen our approved parks very carefully, and they’re partly based on the people who run them. Every one of our park owners is happy to explain the finer details to you, such as the cost of site fees or selecting a pitch. They’ll also let you look around the park at your leisure and explore the options.
