The integrated Bluetooth MP3 sound system is fitted as standard to some models or can be specified as an option on others. Please refer to the manufacturer’s handbook on how to correctly use the system. The code for your integrated sound system will be set as standard as 1234 or 0000.
Who is responsible for siting my holiday home or lodge?
The park or distributor handles everything from transport to siting and the fee you pay them will include this.
Who carries out repair work to my home if it's under warranty?
We have our own engineers who carry out warranty works but on occasions, we may subcontract.
Where can I source spare parts for my home?
We don't sell spare parts direct to members of the public, but there is still ways you can buy replacement or additional items for your holiday home or lodge.
