How do I find my serial number?

You will find the serial number for your home either on your paperwork from your purchase, or on the holiday home itself in one of the following locations:

– On a plaque inside your boiler cupboard.
– On the rear exterior panel of your home.
– On a chassis cross member towards the front of your home, on the nearside (doorside).

It will be in one of these formats: WT1234/001, WB1234/001, WH1234/001, PR1234/001, WS1234/001, BK12334/001. Some older models may have serial numbers made up of numbers alone.
