How much can I expect to pay for my holiday home or lodge?

When it comes to buying a holiday home or lodge, pricing can vary depending on a number of factors.

We provide RRPs for all of our homes and lodges however this is unlikely to be the final price you will end up paying. Just like buying a house, the cost of a holiday home or lodge can differ depending on where you are. You will also have to consider site fees, utilities, transportation, maintenance and any optional extras you have added.

To get a better idea of how much you may pay, please speak to a park or distributor. We recommend allowing for a minimum of 25-30% more than our RRP for a holiday home, and up to 50% more for a lodge.
