Nestled in the valley, Combe Martin Beach is the perfect place for your holiday home in Devon. A small and quiet park, you are a few minutes walk from the beach and village of Combe Martin and less than half an hour's drive from the stunning North Devon Beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Puttsborough. In the opposite direction you have the open expanses of Exmoor, Lynton, Lynmouth and Watersmeet. Located on the South West Coastal path, there are many walks from the site including one to the highest point of the path at Hangman Hill.

The Manor House at the park entrance houses a small bar where you can also enjoy a meal and there is an outdoor heated pool open from the end of Many until August. The park has a 10 month season from March until the end of December.

You couldn't chose a more picturesque location for your holiday home – the park looks out to sea from the front where you can witness some dramatic sunsets over the cliffs and is surrounded by mature woodland to the rear.
