Jasmine is a shrub most commonly found outdoors but can be grown inside. Pop it into your bedroom and you’ll soon be having sweet dreams. You can also buy it as a tea or as an organic oil.

More commonly associated with tea, the actual plant is very pretty indeed. It can dispel stress and negative emotions and energy and has a very soothing aroma. We just love this little plant kit, it would make a perfect and thoughtful gift if someone you know is feeling the strain.
