How can we help?
We've put together a First Time Buyers guide to make the process as simple as possible.
Our warranty will cover the first 12 calendar months from the handover date of your new holiday home on all items within your holiday home.
There is a further 2 years on all items listed: Willerby Ltd manufactured fitted furniture, shower cubicle and shower door, all taps, sanitary ware, radiators, baths, internal doors & internal door handles, gutters/downpipes, cladding, kitchen sink, sockets/switches, dinning table & chairs and upholstery (seating).
Also a further 4 years (after the initial 12 months) for the structure of your holiday home on areas such as: Chassis, roof, walls, ceilings, floors, and external windows & doors.
We do not offer any extended warranties other than that provided above.
Who carries our repair work?
We have our own engineers who carry out warranty works but on occasions we may subcontract other repairers that are qualified to undertake the types of works required such as Electricians, Plumbers and Siting Teams. We will also instruct our suppliers to carry out warranty works if the defective product is not manufactured by us.
How do I make a claim?
If you have a query or issue with your holiday home, you should first contact the company who sold you the holiday home i.e. your park or approved Willerby distributor. If they are unable to answer your query or resolve the problem, it is then their responsibility to contact Willerby on your behalf.
When it comes to buying a holiday home or lodge, pricing can vary depending on a number of factors.
We provide RRPs for all of our homes and lodges however this is unlikely to be the final price you will end up paying. Just like buying a house, the cost of a holiday home or lodge can differ depending on where you are. You will also have to consider site fees, utilities, transportation, maintenance and any optional extras you have added.
To get a better idea of how much you may pay, please speak to a park or distributor.
You might hear people mentioning EN and BS standards to you. All Willerby’s holiday homes exceed the requirements to ensure you have a quality product.
EN 1647 is the European industry wide regulation for the manufacture of holiday homes. The specification means that your home should be suitable for seasonal or holiday accommodation and not as a permanent residence.
BS 3632 (2015) is for those who want to live in their holiday accommodation all year round (residential). It means it is made more suitable for year round living, including safety, acoustic and thermal insulation, gas central heating, thermal performance double glazing and enhanced ventilation (subject to site licences).
You will find the serial number either on your paperwork from your purchase, or on the holiday home itself. It will be in one of these formats: WT1234/001, WB1234/001, B1234/001, PR1234/001, 1234/001, BK12334/001.
Your serial number can be found in the boiler cupboard, under the side exterior door or on the rear external panel of your holiday home. The diagram below should help you to locate this information:
A set of keys for each door will be provided with the holiday home or lodge and will be noted on the paperwork inside the brown envelope.
All warranty claims are dealt with via the park / distributor therefore you should contact them in the first instance to receive an update.

Willerby's products, processes, plant and personnel are approved by the NCC & NICEIC, and as such are subject to regular inspections and audits. With confidence, due to our close association with the NCC & NICEIC, we can assure our customers that all our products comply with BS7671 standard.
During siting (under BS7671: Amd 3:2015 reg 132.16 alterations and addtitions), an assessment would be required by the siting engineer to determine whether protective bonding is required prior to connecting to site services. This is the responsibility of the park or site owner. Clearly, Willerby cannot be aware of individual site requirements at the time our products leave our premises and therefore cannot accept liability.
It is a UK regulation requirement that during commissioning, the responsible site person use only competent gas and electrical personnel during the installation and siting of our products. All relevant certification should be in place and recorded during this process. If there is any doubt, we highly recommend that the responsible person consult with their local Gas Safe, NCC and NICEIC representatives.
If you have a query about your holiday home or lodge, you should first contact the park or distributor who sold you the home. Any issues that require our engineers to attend must be logged by your park/distributor directly with us.
