With nearly 25 acres of well stocked fishing lakes, eight acres of Willow plantation and groves of mature woodland, Waveney Valley Lakes is home to barn owls, kingfishers and herons as well as a wide variety of warblers and a great assortment of dragonfly and demoiselle.

The park is ideally suited to retired or semi-retired couples seeking a tranquil retreat, or mature families seeking a rural escape. Dogs are well catered for too, with easy walks through the park's meadows and woods or longer walks, accessible directly from the park, amongst the surrounding landscape.
