There’s just nothing better than getting cosy and having a night in at your holiday home.

It’s the perfect time to pull out the blankets, switch on the fairy lights and cook a warm, hearty meal.

After all, no one wants to spend hours cooking when you could be curled up on the sofa with a good film and a nice cup of tea. That’s why we’ve found four recipes that are perfect for when you’re away at your holiday home. They’re hearty, comforting, and made with just a few easy ingredients. The kind of dishes that warm you from the inside out, filling the space with homely smells and reminding you that sometimes, the best nights are the quiet ones.
