Willerby launches 2009 collection at The Lawns

Willerby Holiday Homes created a stir at this year's Caravan Extravaganza at The Lawns which took place on September 6-11, launching four brand new models.

Magnum Lounge

The manufacturer which has built a strong reputation for innovation and starting industry trends has been particularly busy this year, launching two new holiday homes - The Rio and Magnum, and two new lodges - The Boston and Key West.

The general public and trade were introduced to the eagerly anticipated Magnum, the company's new high performance 10ft entry-level holiday home, perfect for parks that have compact pitch sizes. Thoughtful space planning and careful material selection have given the Magnum an open and airy feel, complemented perfectly by the pitched roof and vaulted ceilings - features that underline the quality and attention to detail throughout the Willerby range.

Also amongst the newcomers was the Rio, a model targeted specifically at first time buyers. With its extensive specification and spacious interiors this model redefines the traditional image of a starter holiday home, providing excellent value for money with all of the characteristics of a high-end model, available at a fraction of the price.

At the same end of the market the enhanced Herald Gold has been re-styled and upgraded building on the pedigree of its predecessors. Deceptively spacious and with a comprehensive feature list, the Herald Gold is attractively priced making it the perfect holiday home for family holidays.

Earlier this year Willerby strengthened its mid-range product selection with the launch of the Leven, which was inspired by one of the company's most memorable holiday homes in recent history. On show at The Lawns for the first time in the new 'Fawn Medley' upholstery option, The Leven successfully demonstrates how the latest build techniques, distinctive furnishings and practical space planning can be used to create a cosy and attractive home from home.

The highly successful Winchester and Granada models have been updated and enhanced to provide more practical features without losing any of their original appeal.

At the premium end of the market Willerby showcased its flagship model, the Vogue, winner of a 2008 Caravan Industry Award. This iconic holiday home embodies elegance, style and quality, and with subtle, but noticeable improvements, has cemented its place as the market-leading model once more.

Meanwhile the much-loved Aspen was virtually unrecognisable following a dramatic transformation. Clever cosmetic changes to the interior have created a contemporary and sophisticated look, whilst to the exterior the new oak PVCu windows and cream cladding gives the model the look and feel of a luxury lodge.

Those looking to take a step up from the traditional holiday home are sure to have been impressed by Willerbyâ??s lodge display which gave visitors to the show the first opportunity to view two exciting new models.

The Key West was launched to offer an alternative to those looking for a 40 x 16 model, and sits perfectly alongside the existing New Hampshire and New Jersey models - ideal for those wanting to take their first step into lodge ownership. As the first model available in Sand Canexel®, the Key West makes an immediate impression. From the feature bay window to the built-in coffee maker, this model has the real 'wow' factor. Its stylish interior was inspired by the class-leading Vogue ensuring the Key West is set to become a future classic.

The ever popular New Jersey, winner of two awards at this year's Caravan Industry Awards including the top accolade - 'Overall Holiday Home of the Year' is now available with an open-plan layout. The New Jersey has become synonymous with innovative, contemporary design, helping to set a new benchmark in lodge living. Meanwhile the New Hampshire range has been expanded with the addition of the New Hampshire Compact (34 x 16) providing an attractive alternative to the original model which is ideal for pitches with restricted space. Designed to maximise the feeling of light and space, it provides an option for those who love the styling of the original lodge, but desire the flexibility of an open-plan living environment.

The star of this year's show was without a doubt Willerby's new Boston lodge - an impressive 40 x 20 model. With an extremely attractive ex works price, this model punches well above its weight. With superb styling, excellent design and careful space planning customers could be forgiven for thinking they've stepped into a top of the range model. With a number of attractive features the Boston is set to revolutionise the concept of modern lodge lifestyle, making it more attainable than ever before. With prices from an incredible £54,995 (ex works/including VAT), the Boston is the epitome of great value and is ideal for both lodge owners, and park owners looking for a luxury hire fleet lodge product available at an affordable price.

Amongst other models on view was the newly transformed New England - Series 2. This spacious and luxurious lodge has undergone a subtle, yet noticeable make-over. In the lounge the fixed seating has been replaced with a modern free standing leather suite, and changes have been made to the soft furnishings and carpets to create a fresh and contemporary environment.

Willerby's homes were beautifully complemented by a range of accessories supplied by Marks & Spencer from their new autumn/winter 2008 home collection giving visitors ideas on how to personalise their holiday home.

AB Sundecks, a leading manufacturer of holiday home decking and Daro Outdoor Living, manufacturers of distinctive all weather garden furniture were also on hand to offer Willerby customers exclusive discounts on a range of complementary products helping customers make the most of their new holiday home purchase.
