For the 32nd successive year, a panel of respected judges passed a critical eye over the latest model releases during the Lawns and Beaulieu shows in September, with the awards presented to the most outstanding models in terms of design, practicality and value for money from the received nominations
This year the Holiday Home awards were dominated by Willerby models, with the honours for four of the six categories, including the prestigious overall Caravan Holiday Home of the Year Award, being presented to the pioneering manufacturer.

WINNER OVERALL HOLIDAY HOME OF THE YEAR (the model awarded the highest overall score): Willerby New Jersey.

WINNER - TWIN UNITS (including lodges): Willerby New Jersey.

This all-new 40ft x 16ft two bedroom lodge was showcased for the first time at the Lawns, causing quite a stir!
Characterised by a unique 'Cathedral' vaulted roof and distinctive lounge and dining areas, the exceptional interior of the New Jersey features a range of modern, stylish furniture, accompanied by a high quality range of kitchen appliances, fully equipped bathroom, en-suite shower room and sumptuous bedrooms. (This model is also available to Residential specification BS3632).

WINNER - CLASS B (single units under £20,000): Willerby Richmond Mk3.

The 30ft x 12ft 2 bed Richmond was adjudged the overall winner of Class B.

Representing outstanding value for money with a quality of finish that one would associate with much more expensive models, the Richmond range features contemporary modern upholstery that is complemented by outstanding two and three bedroom layouts, thus providing holiday homes to suit all tastes and requirements.

WINNER - THE CARAVAN HOLIDAY HOME CONSTRUCTOR'S AWARD: Willerby Vogue Mk4.

This award is presented "for flair and imagination in the design and construction of a new caravan holiday-home". Since its launch in February 2007, the Vogue Mk4 has set new standards in holiday home design and manufacture. A high quality interior and exterior specification makes the Vogue stand apart from other models in it's class.

On receiving the awards, Peter White, Willerby's Sales & Marketing Director comments "This outstanding success is testament to the quality of the Willerby team - from initial design concepts through to the production of complete units we strive to innovate and be the best" he adds "we actively encourage our distribution network and holiday home owners to provide feedback and then act upon it, as a result we constantly push the boundaries and have developed a range of 'next generation' holiday homes that we're confident has something for everyone".
