Available on New England, Boston, New Jersey, New Hampshire and Key West lodges. Built to satisfy the demanding standards of BS 3632, Willerby's 'Residential Specification' features all the 'lifestyle' luxuries of the EN 1647 models with the following additions:

• Low-E High Performance Glass throughout to all external doors and windows
• Condensing boiler
• 125mm superior Rockwool™ insulation within roof void
• 125mm external walls with 75mm superior Rockwool™ insulation to satisfy BS 3632 thermal and acoustic standards
• Internal water shut off valve
• Insulated composite sandwich floor construction (refer to Willerby for more information)
